Hi. I am feeling laconic right now.

I think I want to move to New Zealand and be a housetrucker, or perhaps to Australia and raise giant endangered insects.

I am afraid I am serious and am not saying that to sound quirky and interesting. Those are at the moment a couple of the most appealing prospects I can think of, after I graduate with my degree, which is a purely practical one considering what I intend to do with my life. It's what I intend to do with my life which is not unfortunately not conducive to any kind of stability or money. I would like both. Do you have money? Perhaps you should give me some money in the name of supporting The Arts.

In fact, we should all stop moaning about how there is no money in poetry. Here is a proposition: I will write a poem for you and you will pay me. A dollar a line? We can negotiate.

I was a Gifted Child. This is all very nice if you like being told all the time, as a child, that you're a genius and can do Anything You Want. The bad part is that you then feel damn well obligated to do something great, and, later, feel like an asshole for not having done it already.

I grew up in a place where the glaciers just receded and the ground is still springing up and there are a dozen or more different kinds of pine trees and a lot of crows all year round. I thought I could handle rain and then realized I was never really in it. They have real rain here that you need an umbrella for, and also winter that lasts half a year, which is bullshit.

Also I would like for there to be more crows here.

I like spiders very much, and also all kinds of other bugs and invertebrates. Can you do the slug dance? Maybe I can show you it if you don't laugh very much, and tell you many things which I have learned from Wikipedia and other sources.

Hard to say, since I'm not other people. I think I am fairly obviously an enthusiastic nerd although this may take conversation to figure out rather than a glance.

What it would be like to be other animals; nature; why stuff is how it is; words; poetry; imaginary conversations with people who might also be imaginary (in the "I am aware that it's imaginary and am distracting myself as I walk to my destination" way, not the "I hallucinate" way)

You are a working artist. You are a working scientist (especially in biology). You are otherwise deeply enthusiastic about something intellectual. You write poetry or prose and are serious about it.

You want to have: a tea party; an expedition to somewhere nearby; a bee party (not sure what this is but I will figure it out); a flyting

You have a kitty or a doggy or a parrot I can play with.

You want to give me money for writing poetry. Either in a general largesse sense or in the abovementioned dollar per line way.

You like bugs.
