I am entering year 3 of a 5-year hiatus from all creative writing,
and the narratives this site requires are too close for comfort.
Thus, I'm opting for brevity.
That said, I like flowering trees and comfortable habitats,
swimming through schools of fish, collecting bones, playing
Scrabble, delicious food, carefully compiled words, and champagne.
After having spent four winters on the East Coast, I say "never
again." Mushrooms and cheese are the most poetic foods, though some
seafood is up there. I love to sleep in and working out keeps me
sane.
I'm trying a new lifestyle in which I do one thing uncharacteristic
of myself per day. The goals of this experiment, glibly, are to
stress less and live it up more. You're only 25 until you're 26,
you know.

My preferred habitat is a tropical island and I enjoy travel,
French, word games, and anomalies. I took up windsurfing when I
lived in the Caribbean and I miss it.

Sunshine... Preferably no romantic comedies, formulaic thrillers,
or abstruse French cinema. I much prefer cuddling up on the couch
than going to a theater to watch movies.
Lobster, chocolate ice cream, grilled prawns, macaroni and cheese
(from a box only), sushi, delectable salads, fine cheeses and
inexpensive wine. Also expensive wine.
Non-sappy adult alternative, classic rock, Elliot Smith, The
Killers, Death Cab, the Delgados, the CDs my knowledgeable
housemate lends me.
